Give a user access to another location

If a location is missing from your NextPatient login, your user needs to be added to that location. Here's how to fix it.

If your practice has recently added a new location or you're a new employee who can't see all of your practice's locations in NextPatient, your user account may not have access to those locations yet.

Each user must be granted access to every practice location they need to manage.

How to access a missing location

A user with Admin Access can update your permissions to grant access to additional locations.

If you're an administrator, follow the steps in our Add a new user and set permissions article to assign the appropriate locations and roles.

If you're not an administrator, contact your practice's NextPatient administrator and ask them to update your location access.
