      How to download consent forms from NextPatient

      1. Log into NextPatient

      2. Navigate to the ‘Today’s Patients' tab

      3. Locate the patient

        1. Use the arrows and/or calendar button to navigate to another day if needed

        2. A green check mark indicates the patient has completed their check-in steps

      4. Click the patient's name to be taken to their profile

      5. Locate the ‘check-in’ section

      6. Click the ‘PDF’ link next to the consent forms

      7. The forms will open in a new tab, where you can download them as a pdf
