How does the Office add/remove a patient from Waitlist?

How to Add to Waitlist:

  1. The patient has to already have an existing appointment that has been imported into NextPatient.

  2. Log into NextPatient.

  3. Go to Today's Patients.

  4. Navigate to the date of the patient's current appointment and click on their name.

  5. Click on Edit.

6. Check mark “On Waitlist for earlier appointment” and Submit. (This will only show up if the appointment falls into the criteria configured in Waitlist Settings.)

How to Remove from Waitlist:

  1. Go to Today's Patients.

  2. Navigate to the date of the patient's current appointment and click on their name.

  3. Click on Edit.
