How Do I Add/Update Provider Photos in NextPatient?

If you’d like to update or add a photo for one of your providers, please reach out to your NextPatient Account Manager or email help@nextpatient.co with the following details:

  • Provider photo (attach the image file)

  • Provider’s full name

  • Location(s) where the provider works

Once submitted, our team will process the photo and upload it to NextPatient. You can expect the new photo to be live within 1–2 business days.
